What is the LD between pair of marker in the output file of LD in TASSEL 3.0, r2 (red square) or Dprime (black square)

The output of LD analysis of 155 SNPs is many columns and I do not know which is the LD between pair of markers. is it r2 or Dprime? Kindly find the attachment
