I have done my research on Perovskites, RP Phases, Spinels, Ferrites etc. & characterized it by using X-ray diffraction, Rietveld refinement etc. I have also analysed them by using SEM, EDX, TEM etc. & also done their electrical and magnetic studies. Can anybody suggest what research I can extend beyond this.
You have mentioned some techniques and some type of materials. Your chosen field will depend on the field you feel comfort
I think you are doing multiferroic composites Materials In bulk form. If it’s for project purposes, it is more than enough. If you are doing PhD try to think different based on the facilities available for you in and near to you. If you’re preparing composites, better You can go for ME coupling coefficient property. There are so many ways to measure that. Please have a look on some of my research papers. Apart from you can go for thin films and measure the things in deeper.

Shakhawat H. Firoz . I have done most of my research on perovskites and R. P. Phases synthesized by ceramic, sol-gel, combustion method etc. and characterized by various techniques like SEM, EDX, TEM, TGA. I have also done there electrical and magnetic studies. I have knowledge of various software like Chem Draw, Rietveld Refinement (GSAS & Fullprof), Diamond (crystal impact), Origin etc. I have done my Ph.D already. I am applying for Post-doctorate fellowship in various reputed institutes, that's why asking for which topics I can extend further after doctorate degree.
This is not the way to get PDF positions. Try to search different countries in your research area. Send an emails to the concern professors by updated CV and your publications list. Wish you good luck.
You have mentioned that you are working with synthesized ceramic why not trying other forms such as thin films or single crystal and than compared the new results with yours.. you can also think about some potentials applications for your materials.
