@Jasmin Ćosić. Yes, this is one of the first methodological guides for ontology development. After that many other, more formal methodologies were created, including NeOn, probably the most complete of them.

But I am looking for manuals, tutorials, like those Pizza and Family tutorials, both created for the research group at Manchester University, but in this case, explaining the use of Protègè 5.x. The latest I got, was FHKB tutorial, version 1.1, published on November 25, 2015.

Curiously, Protégé and OWL 2.0 language are very extended tools, they have been applied in many domains, but I found that there are not too many practical guides.

I think Grocery Tutorial is very useful and more practical tutorial which give you step by step instruction how to import data (i.e. populate your ontology with the individual). This tutorial will give you a quick introduction of Cellfie plugin. (The Cellfie plugin is part of Protégé 5.x distribution so you don't need to do any installation. ) If you already have an ontological model, then start from STEP 6 - Creating Class Assertion Axiom for importing individual. The problem with such an example as Pizza Ontology is that you compare everything with toppings and doughs.

It could be at start a bit disturbing.

It has everything that the original one did plus it has been updated to be consistent with the latest Protége UI.
