or, how long will it take molecular nitrogen to reach isotopic equilibrium under physiological conditions? Also, does/can molecular nitrogen exchange with other nitrogen compounds in solution? There is remarkably little information on the isotope chemistry of molecula nitrogen in the large literature on nitrogen isotopes.
