What is the infrastructure of each country? Can modern and smart infrastructure be built in the country? What is its importance and application in the country?
The Sustainable Smart Country is a concept that explores the relationship between technological infrastructure and social structures, focusing on the role of a smart social framework in achieving sustainability on a country-wide scale. This research uses a comprehensive approach, combining urban planning, information technology, and social sciences to understand the complex web of dependencies between technological advancements and the underlying social fabric. The success of a Smart Country depends on the integration of cutting-edge technologies and the astute design and cultivation of a smart social structure. The research employs a multi-disciplinary lens, drawing from case studies, data analytics, and theoretical frameworks to understand the dynamics at play. The research aims to bridge the gap between sustainability, smart technology, and social structures, contributing to the ongoing discourse on urban development and creating intelligent, sustainable nations. The concept of a “Smart Country” has developed as a model for the transformation of society, with the incorporation of smart technologies providing issues that go beyond the deployment of technology. In accordance with (Alsabi et al., 2016), the purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the ways in which the social structure, which is characterized by human relationships, values, and institutions, both influences and is influenced by the creation of a sustainable Smart Country. In the event that the smart transformation is not aligned with the social fabric, it may result in resistance, inequalities, or unintended consequences that could hinder the overall sustainability goals. This is a key issue because the potential mismatch between the rapid deployment of smart technologies and the adaptability of the social structure is a key issue. In the existing body of literature, the primary emphasis is placed on the technological components of Smart Country efforts, while the complex interaction with the social framework is mostly ignored. According to (Ramaprasad et al., 2017), the purpose of this research is to fill this hole by using a comprehensive approach that respects the socio-technical dimension of the emergence of smart countries. The deep linkages that exist between smart technology and the social structure can be investigated in order to provide insights into the process of developing an ecosystem that is capable of fostering both technological innovation and social resilience for the purpose of achieving sustainable development. The ethical aspects of the development of a smart country, such as privacy, inclusion, and digital disparities, are still the subject of a significant amount of research. One of the most significant threats to the sustainability that is being envisioned is the possibility that technology would be used to aggravate the social gaps that already exist or to restrict the liberties of individuals. To summarize, the findings of this study indicate that there is an urgent requirement to have an understanding of the interdependencies and reciprocal interactions that exist between smart technology and the social structure within the setting of a smart country.
