Specially regarding the two classical approaches, Reynolds Equation (Re) and Navier-Stokes (NS), it's well known that there are ranges of operational conditions and geometries that best fits each approach (Re or NS).

For example, the results presented by Dobrica and Fillon, 2009 (DOI 10.1243/13506501JET433), show how the use of these approaches (Re and NS) influence the resulting pressure field. My question is, how much difference would be expected in the force coefficients? Which coefficients would be mostly affected by this difference in the pressure field?
