I would like to know the dose (What a kind of dose : solubility of Rhod 6G salt in your injection medium or lethal dose)
for both of there dyes.

I want to observe Leukocyte trafficking in Rat blood vessels....we don't know which dose as I couldn't find it on Google Scholar .. most people are using this mice model on in rat..so, we have do optimise the dose
