I wonder if you are asking the right question here. The psychological traits view of entrepreneurship has been largely rejected. The idea that some essential quality, like N-Ach explained entrepreneuring is rejected. Bill Gartner's seminal article many years ago showed that we cannot explain entrepreneurship by a motivation.

This of course, is not to say that entrepreneurs do not have traits; the issue is one of causality. Criminals often demonstrate similar traits! However if we see and understand entrepreneurship as a process combining self and circumstances, we can see how this drive may show opportunities, perhaps hidden from others. Moreover, we can see how n-ach promotes persistence and resilience in the processes.

I certainly would advise against pursuing this as a research question. Even if n-ach is a determinant (which it is not) it is almost impossible to know of this was a precursor or an outcome of entrepreneurship. Much better, I think, to ask about the extent of persistence in entrepreneurial pursuit.

In my opinion, all 3 characteristics of entrepreneurs are important. Entrepreneurs are willing to start a business, which is associated with the acceptance of a specific level of risk. By undertaking business activity, entrepreneurs independently, often intuitively analyze the potential level of risk, determine the goals that can be achieved, as part of their business activity, they build a system for managing, controlling and improving business. To the above features I would add the ability to create innovative solutions.

Elvis, useful as these entrepreneurial traits/characteristics might have proven in the past and may still do in the present, recent additions in the Masstige model by Paul (2019) highlights how entrepreneurs' actions and successes are not only determined by their entrepreneurial qualities but also by other factors such as penetrating markets and effectively managing brands.

These characteristics show that the entrepreneur wants to achieve something, not just make a profit. This accomplishment involves offering products or services that solve real consumer problems.

The three personality traits may also be influenced by personal circumstances, e..g more enterprises established at time when jobs scarce, influence of family in developing entrepreneurs, role models, etc.
