Such entrepreneurs are increasingly important, due to the growing complexity of the social fabric and the increasingly accelerated emergence of new problems.
Correct, but philanthropy and entrepreneurship cannot be divorced from the system they are embedded in. Hence, it makes sense to talk about 'Philanthrocapitalism' to show the neoliberal values of the project. There are dividends of this project but it does not alleviate the problem, only eases the pain.
