This journal is an open access journal, an it does not specify on its site the impact it has, or where it is indexed. So, it does not have an impact factor of the WoS.

I usually use the scimagojr website (https://www.scimagojr.com/index.php) for identifying ranks of journals. If you could not find a journal in that website, then it might be either a new one, or its rank is not issued yet. You may also check the DOAJ website as it lists reputed open access journals (https://doaj.org/) even if they are not ranked yet.
