You can try with animove plugin.

Thanks. I am using QGIS 2.8.6 and installed animove plugin . its installed but does not appear on the screen. I think there the version is not supporting. I also activated the processing option. Please let me know how to operate, I need this for analyzing the data.

Im facing with same problem! Im using now QGIS Essen 2.14.3 and the icon doesnt appear on the bar after instalation as well. I tried contact "customer service", my IT friends, blog crews  but nobody gave me clear answer and useful advice till date. So if you will figure it out  somehow I will be super grateful for your tips and advice.
