what is the genetic relationship between falcons and parrots?

Parrots (Psittaciformes) are the sister group of the passerines (Passeriformes). Together these groups are called Psittacopasseres. The falcons are the sister group of Psittaciformes+Passeriformes. These three groups together are called Eufalconimorphae. See Sangster et al. (2022) for a review of the evidence.
