i simulated eddy current probe in comsol and how can i find the frequency range of the simulated prob? i scan result for range of 10Hz up to 10MHz and i find it whit increasing frequency the result(Vector Potential ) increases. (we know it shouldn't be like that, we should have a peak for result in a specific frequency)
what's the problem with it?!

You have to be very CAREFUL designing the Finite Element Mesh. It depends on the shape of the structure, but the most important is the skin depth (depending on frequency and the material coefficients as well). It is easy to calculated it and the bigest dimension of the finite elements mesh should depend on the skin depth on the first place.
