I encountered this gastropod in sediment taken by a bottom grab on the summit of the Great Meteor Seamount (NE Atlantic) in about 300 m depth. The figure is from a sub-adult, adult specimens have one more whorl and reach a height of about 2.5 mm.
Please note the unusual protoconch with reticulated sculpture and the concavely curved lip.
I would be happy with a family that would fit.

It is very similar to (and probably is) Haloceras meteoricum Gofas, 2018

The species superficially resembles sub-adult individuals Modulus/Trochomodulus, albeit with a lot more reticulation/ornamentation and some basic differences. Family Modulidae or Obtortionidae could be the way to go. Anabathridae could have been another viable option with prominent protoconch, but they are restricted to shallow waters mostly. Of course I can be wrong.

In addition to what Luigi Romani stated, the specimen is also very similar to Solariella sp. (Solariellidae).
