What is the expression for output power of an inverter when an LCL filter is connected to it?

I am carrying out a simulation in which i have to control active and reactive power of an inverter connected to a grid but since i am using LCL filter i dont quite know the exact expression for the output power power of the inverter. I would be obliged if someone would help me with that.
