in my village there is light green dome around 10 meter high and 3 square meter area and people said that is the result of our ancient people when they search about minerals, but when i went there i checked it is a tuff . but for me also its strange as the contact between and basalt is sharp.
for people it is a mystery and the only explanation is transported by people as they go there as tourism place and talking about great people that time.

it sounds strange indeed. There are two steps in my opinion, firstly try and map the area on a large scale as precise as possible and be aware of everything which either points to anthropogenic or geogene processes, and secondly determine as precise as possible the mineralogical inventory of all units which you can distinguish in space and time in the course of your mapping. All other approaches taken will not help you very much to come to a definite conclusion. The current dataset is much too vague and fraud with too many uncertainties so that handing down a verdict is based on shaky grounds.

THANKS Mr Harald G. Dill , THE AREA HAVE NO ANY INDICATION FOR MINING THERE IS LONG HOLE THROUGH TRAP SERIES BASALT IN THAT AREA PEOPLE THINK THAT IS COME FROM HOLE AS THEY ARE TOTALLY WRONG.

From the test is hard to answer your question, but the attached photo give more help… In the time of writing my MSc project I had a situation, not similar, but with onto it, the case can declare 90 %, that the situation is a simple stratigraphic case. The basalt was formed first and has suffered overground alteration… The tuff was formed letter acidic volcanic activity… The surface has suffered strong surface alteration… The tuff has to be present somewhere… in the surrounding newer sedimentation rocks…

A possible explanation: - could be - the erosional (hat) remnant of a former tuff strata from a strato-volcanic edifice (part of it).
From the photographs I agree that it is most likely to be an erosional remnant of an overlying ash-flow tuff/ignimbrite. I have seen similar remnants on the flood basalts of eastern Oregon where the locals have quarried the tuff for use as a building stone. The vent for the ash-flow may be located many kilometers away.
