I have submitted a manuscript for publication where author many time instructed me to correct the citation format which must have page numbers at the end of each citation. I am doing it through ZOTERO STANDALONE citation Manager.
Following are the examples provided by the editor of the journal. I want to know the exact name of this citation format.

I am assuming these are entries in the reference list, not in-text citations.
My short response, as an editor of a journal that uses APA style is that these are NOT APA style. Not sure what they are however. Some journals have their own styles.

I do not believe that either of these is proper American Psychological Association style.
For example, correct APA style is:
Shakoor, F. (1999). The Kargil crisis: An analysis. Pakistan Horizon, 52(3), 49-65.
However many journals want deviations from APA style, so be sure to check for the specific journal's standards.
I suggest that you take the advantage of some of the features in Microsoft Office for managing resources after you chose the method of organizing resources such as APA Style.

None of the examples are based on APA referencing style:

(As you mentioned pp. 59-67, it must be a book chapter, so you have to refer to the authors of that chapter, not the editors.
For example:
1. Khan, N. (1998). How to cite me. In: C. Cao & J. D. Seymour (Eds.), Through Dissident Chinese Eyes: Essays on Self-Determination (pp. 59-67). New York: M.E Sharpe Inc.
