THD=((V22+V32+V42+....+Vn2)1/2/ V1)*100%
Total harmonic distortion is the summation of all harmonic components of the voltage or current waveform compared against the fundamental component of the voltage or current wave.

(V1.........Vn). are harmonic components of the voltage waveform.
