What is the exact conditions, such as temperature, solvents, catalysts, reagents, and procedure for the preparation of benzothiadiazole from OPD ?

I am trying to prepare benzothiadiazole from OPD and thionyl chloride in presence of triethyl amine (solvent; Toluene). the reaction was monitored with the help of tlc, a very weak fluorescent spot was also observed in the tlc, but nothing was observed in the LC-MS and NMR.
