The value is 0% in New Zealand for native plants since there is no indigenous Eucalypt here :)
Concerning Hungary: Eucalyptus is neither native nor is applied for afforestation. However, the following species (with few specimens) are known from botanical gardens and private gardens:
Eucalyptus dalrympleana
Eucalyptus gunnii
E. gunnii subsp. divaricata E. gunnii f. azura
E. neglecta
E. parvifolia
E. parvula
E. pauciflora subsp. debeuzevillei
E. pauciflora subsp. niphophila
In this paper, you can see the eucalypt surface in Spain and Portugal, and in same other places in the SW Europe.

There is no Eucalyptus in the Nordic countries.
Maybe there is one or more individual Eucalypt tree growing somewhere outside in the Nordics, but the species is not more than a botanical curiosity here:

In Galicia, Spain, the new version of the "Plan Forestal de Galicia" states that in 2018 there were 300.500 ha of eucalypt plantations + 121.700 ha of mixed plantations, mostly with pines. So, 422.000 ha in total.

In Sri Lanka, approximately 20000 ha are available as forest plantations. A well as there are scattered trees in home gardens in hill areas
