I'm trying to design an experiment to measure the effect of a toxin on sperm histone populations, however, I would like to target the exposure of this drug to the window of epididymal transit. The aim is to see if the action of the toxicant is evident during sperm maturation from caput to cauda. My model animal is the B6J strain mouse. Except for this one reference (below) that says epididymal transit in rodents is 10-13 days, I don't have any other leads. Does anyone know the answer to this question?

Thanks!
