Do you need total emissivity or emissivity at a specific angle?
Emissivity of a material could be very different depending on the surface roughness, the temperature (and the wavelength if you don't need total emissivity). The best route to know the right emissivity of your material is to measure it. I find this attached file on the web. It may give you an overview of the requirements to measure emissivity.
