My question follows two parts
(i) Does organic and inorganic materials follow same priciples of vapour deposition?
(ii) Which factors do influence the length, area and shape of Vapour Deposition grown structures? I intend to grow a high aspect ratio (greater length and smaller width/dia) organic material structure in furnace, Any general idea of the parameters settings? (cooling rate (low or high), substrate area (small or big), substrate height (small or big), soaking time (low or high), growth time (low or high),
(iii) Is there any free software package that might help in this regard??
What is your Working material?
You have mentioned Vapour deposition grown structure? What is exactly the structure.
Is it a thin film, or thick film, or something else?
Without knowing all these parameters it is difficult to suggest.

Material is organic benzene derivative and I am trying to get high aspect ratio thin structures.
