I excited nanostructured ZnS with two different wavelengths and get the same emission peak center, but there is a big difference in the emission intensity, really I found difficulty in the correlation between the excitation wavelength and the difference in the emission intensity.

Your PL intensity depends on the pump rate of carriers. The pump rate in turn depends on the absorption coefficient at the laser wavelength or, in the other words, on density of states at the excitation level. In the case of quantum dots the behaviour may be opposite: lesser absorption increases penetration length for the laser beam and therefore more dots are excited.
