Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to evaluate the influence of Cobalt (% by weight) on tool life while face milling steel material. The process parameters like cutting velocity, feed rate are varied by maintaining the grain size constant.

I also want to perform the cost model analysis to decide which tool with Cobalt (% by weight) is more preferable i.e. with optimum productivity and cost.

I request you to please suggest me the suitable approach to the required targets and the research work available with you. Please provide your guidance.
