What is the dosage of Cloxacillin (p.o or s.c.) in mice for S aureus pneumonia?

Hi, we are planning to study the effects of S aureus pneumonia (MSSA) in a mouse model and are wondering about the right dosage of cloxacillin. We have found quiet different numbers in the literature and would like to hear your thoughts /suggestions! Many thanks in advance!
