In different studies, I have seen various values for this parameter which are not of the same order for different physical problems.
As far I know, for the impact problems this parameter has taken the value in the range of (40-400) [1/s] and for a rectangle strip which is fixed at one ends and at the other end it is under tension the order of this parameter is in the range of (10e-10 _ 10e-2) [1/s].
So I want to know how can I choose a specific value (or at least a specific order) of this parameter for a specific material in a simulation?

But I mainly confused with the validity domain of viscosity parameter in Perzyna model (Let's call it 'gama') for a specific material like steel.
If someone ask me what is the value of young modulus of steel, I can say it is about 210 Gpa, but if they ask me what is the value of gama for steel structure; according to the books and article which I have read; I would answer it can takes any positive value (because different values and even different orders have been reported for the steel material in different article and book) and now my main problem is that I am not sure about my answer (because this conclusion is not mentioned in none of the studies which I have investigated) and now I want a reference which contain this issue.
