I am looking for the Kd value of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in (starburst) amacrine cells. If anybody has a reference for this.
What drug are you working with?
Thank you Peter. In fact I am modelling Starburst Amacrine Cells activity and I would like to know if the Kd nicotinic acetylcholine receptors is known in this case, in natural conditions (without drugs).
Thanks
Bruno
As far as I am aware you need a ligand to have Kd.
Nicotinic receptors are cholinergic receptors that form ligand-gated ion channels in the plasma membranes. They can also be opened by nicotine.
Basically I'm helping with the matrix using a cosmolitan group, could one of the characters used for be biogeographical regions (Neartic, Neotropical, etc)? Most of the data in this matrix refers...
