What is the dimension of edge plane pyrolite graphite that can be used as working electrode in biosensor?

I need to design a polymer coated sensor. In order to synthesize edge plane pyrolite graphite(EPPG) is used as a substratum for polymers so that it improves the signal amplification in a biosensor. As far as I gone through articles I couldn't able to get how EPPG has been designed and its dimension.

Can anyone tell what exactly the dimension of EPPG and how it can be synthesized?

If any protocol available please kindly provide the information

HOPG (highly oriented pyrolytic graphite) is commercially available with a thickness of up to 2 mm. Cutting HOPG plates would yield electrodes with a. 2 mm x 10 mm edge plane surface.

I would also be interested in some experience reports, regarding the preparation of edge plane graphite electrodes.
