Hello all,

I am trying to measure the response time (On and off speed) of a photodetector. I use Keithley-4200 with 0 bias (applying light on and off) to measure current with time and calculate response time for on and off (10% to 90 %). In another setting I use Oscilloscope to measure voltage with time and calculate the same response time (on/ off speed). I found significant difference between these two measurements. Does electrical bias (O volt) causing the device to operate faster? What is the best technique to measure speed of the device?
