As of general concept, the induction heating involves generation of eddy currents in metals and if it is resistive enough like iron/steel, the heat is generated due to Joules effect. Since Aluminum is a good conductor, how it is heated/melted in induction furnaces?

We know for same reason Aluminum/copper cookware's are not used in induction cooktops.
