Which test is more suitable for packaging film samples? I have 4 samples of packaging film with a control one which is performed at different levels of additives (3, 5, and 10%). I need to compare all variants with each other. Is there any compulsory rule for which post hoc test especially in terms of better acceptance in journals?
No particular rules for Journals, but I suggest Duncan test for your films
If I were you, I go with tow-way ANOVA with turkey test. This combination can analyze your variants in the two different pathways, which in turn you can come out with significant effects of variants even among the different treatments. Duncan test is also well matched with your criteria, but turkey test insanely lines up with the Two-way ANOVA to interpret your data, especially those are similar with the agriculture approach.
