The SRTM90m v4.1 is a digital elevation model with a resolution of 90 metres (3'' Arc-Sec) and available through the CGIAR-CSI data centre web page at http://srtm.csi.cgiar.org/SELECTION/inputCoord.asp.
While, the SRTM30_Plus v10 is a 30'' Arc-Sec resolution global topography and bathymetry model and available through the Satellite Geodesy Research Group web page at http://topex.ucsd.edu/WWW_html/srtm30_plus.html
Major difference, one has a spatial resolution of 90m and the other, a spatial resolution of 30m.

I think one has a spatial resolution of 90m and other 900m, but I am asking is SRTM90m v 4.1 and SRTM30_Plus v10? is synonymous?

what you mean by synonymous? As you pointet out they have a different spatial resolution. Are you asking what is the source of original data? It's the famous SRTM mission.

SRTM 90 and SRTM30_Plus has spatial resolutions of 90 m and 30 second (approx. 1 km) respectively.The data descriptions can be found in the below publications, if you are searching for some other information.

First of all, the main difference is the spatial resolution 30 m and 90 m for SRTM 30 and SRTM 90 respectively. In addition to, SRTM 30 is considered SRTM data set enhanced with U.S. Geological Survey's GTOPO30.

Hi Abd-Elrahim ,
SRTM 90 as a downsampled version of SRTM 30 promotes elevation of valleys, and underestimates elevation of ridges. Otherwise, SRTM 90 looks smoother as the downsampling operation using the averaging kernel behaves as a low pass filter.
