Dear Mohmmad Majdizadeh Provide a source/paper/link to know where you refer to precisely. The thing is that SPC 60 is used in the literature and means soy protein concentrate and SPC 80 means soybean phosphatidyl choline which contains 80% phosphatidylcholine.
As far as I can see these terms do not refer to a particular substance but is most likely a mixture (from either a protein concentrate or a phospholipid mixture).
