What is the difference between RNA sequencing and Exome Capture RNA Sequencing and how it differentiated with exome and RNA Seq?

Exome Capture RNA sequencing only provides data for coding regions (i.e. those that code for protein products). If you use this method, you will be will not obtain data for non-coding RNA (miRNA, siRNA, etc.). If you're only interested in RNA from coding regions, this method is more cost effective than a transcriptome-wide analysis.

No problem. Exome Sequencing refers to the sequencing of DNA, within coding regions. Exome Capture RNA Sequencing refers to sequencing of RNA from these regions. You can glean information about expression levels from RNAseq, in addition to variation in nucleotide sequence. DNA sequencing only provides you with information about the nucleotide sequence.
