The attached paper discusses the infrared spectra of polyanilines. It may be of some use in answering your question if you have FTIR of your polyaniline sample with and without nano metal particles.
When PANI doped with nanometals IR absorption peaks related to C=NH may be broadened as well as the intensity may be reduces. The intensity further reduces as the concentration of nanometals increases. The changes may be due to strong interaction of nanometals with imine group of polyaniline.
I think u wont get much difference because FTIR gives u good results for organic groups rather than inorganic elements. Distinct peaks can be observed for organic groups rather than inorganic oxides or sulphides etc.,
