What is the difference between assay on dried basis and assay on as basis?

Dear Rishabh,

Assay on dried basis means you have to consider LOD or water content and substract it in your calculation whereas when you calculate the assay value on as is basis then you do not have to consider LOD or water content value in your calculation.
