What are the different methods to calculate each parameters in AC conductivity and DC conductivity. Which method is the best method to find resistance and conductivity of thin film. Can we calculate capacitance, impedance, dielectric constants of thin film by the same method of designing circuits.
The best method to calculate the resistance is the technique of 4 points or by hall effect
If we speak about the AC conductivity the direct curate and therefore the direct electron mobility in the case of the conductiviral AC the indirect electron mobility
By using EIS technique we can calculate dielectric real and imagnary & ionic conductivity by varation freq
In ac conductivity ac current is applied and it has real and imaginary both part where as dc conductivity dc source is applied and it has only real part.

There is no difference in AC or DC electrical conductivity as the units of conductivity remains same. Electrical conductivity is the reciprocal of Electrical Resistivity and resistivity can be calculated from resistivity = resistance *Area/Length of specimen. The current AC and DC is provided to calculate conductivity but in both AC or DC easiness of flow of charge carriers in sample will remain unchanged.
Dear respected Rizwan Ur Rehman Sagar, You are right but i think so that AC has both real and imaginary components (Parts) and DC has onlr real part.
