By analyzing a cluster we have difficulties to make the difference between an organization form that exists and the business model that makes dynamic organization
All organizations may not be involved in business; their activities may relate to charitable service, promoting art or sports, an educational entity, or a religious body like a church. When we say organization model, we are referring to the hallmark of an organization i.e. on what fundamental principles and values has that organization organized its activities.
A business model, on the other hand would refer to the unique way/s in which an organization realizes is goals, pursues its mission, and marches towards its vision. For example, the uniqueness may be in terms of pursuing certain ethical values, high customer centricity, 'employee-first and customer second ' philosophy or just making short-term gains and get out of one business and go into another.
An organizational model represents the structure of an enterprise at different levels of granularity, e.g., it represents the departments, processes, roles, responsibilities.
A business model describes how the organization creates value and which kind of value is exchanged (money, societal, ...). Models can be visually represented by, for example, e3 value and i*.
On the other hand, an enterprise model describes the whole enterprise: organization, strategy, informational architecture and so on.
