There are 43 reported serovars of Salmonella enterica reported on NCBI Genome. There are few articles describing selective comparison among few serovars (one attached). I want to know the difference among their proteome i.e. what proteins all of the serovars are expressing? And what are the common and unique proteins among them ?

This is almost impossible to answer-whilst there may be 43 on the data base there are over 2500 serovars in total. The other question is the proteome under which conditions as the expression of proteins is highly dependent on the environment the bug is in and will express certain proteins when needed-such as T3SS effectors. Furthermore there is isolate-to-isolate variation within serovars as to the genome so there will be to the proteome. A clear example are variant sequence types in Typhimurium. There will of course be far more common proteins between isolates and relatively few that differ. As far as unique proteins-this again is difficult to say.
