I do'nt think neoplasma. It seems infectious disease forming granulomatous lesion, which sugests "South American blastmycosis (paracoccidioidomycosis)" of the nose and oral cavity.
It is very close to chronic granulomatous fungus infection (whatever the type). More MRI views may be more helpful. However a minor salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma may sometimes mimic the same picture especially with the dilated vessels on the mucosal side. Another DD which is also possible is adamantinoma.
The biopsy of the nasal mass and palate showed neuroendocrine tumor with a high proliferation index. The specific neuroendocrine markers evidenced by immunohistochemistry were AE1 / AE3, cytoplasmic, granular pattern, CD56, P63 and Ki67. We indicate chemotherapy
