poly(vinyl alcohol) density depends on the level of crystallinity within the sample, which in turn is typically attributed to the degree of hydrolysis in the sample. Ranges of between 1.19 - 1.35 g/cm^3 are reported in literature at 25 degC.
Note however this may be different to your product bulk density, depending on how the PVA has been processed. For example, a spray dried sample of PVA may have a bulk density of much less than 1 g/cm^3 whilst an extruded sample would be more inline with the aforementioned values. Take this into consideration based on what your application is as it is not clear from your question.
