for the Emeraldine salt (the acid-"doped" green form, conductive) it depends upon which acid you take, if HCl, then only little more than 100 degC. If para-toluene sulfonic acid, it is 230 degC.
The Emeraldine base (undoped, blue, insulator) it is farb beyond 400 degC.

it is a complex reaction involving loss of acid and decomposition reactions at the backbone
