What is the cost of silicide and SnGe NIR detector?

Hi, I am trying to compare the cost of silicide and SnGe IR detector with other commercially available NIR detectors. I could not find any reliable source for comparison. I am interested to know the cost of the detector component only without any accessories. I also want to know if they are available to purchase.
