That hierarchy is made up of names of branches on the tree of life. You can't really put them in a correct order, one reason being that there are competing hypotheses for the phylogeny. Another reason is that it's difficult to propose a linear arrangement of names where some represent major basal branches or stems whereas others could be likened to smaller branches in different places higher up in the tree.

The position in the tree of life of virus is uncertain, and Incertae sedis literally means uncertain position and is a name for an artficial group of organisms that people haven't yet figured out what they are.

As for the others, Bacteria, Archaea and Eukaryotes (in your example Animalia, Chromista, Fungi, Plantae, Protozoa) are often considered the three major branches or stems of more or less equal standing, although Eukaryotes may also be considered a subgoup of Archaea.

The Eukaryotes are often considered to be divided into two major branches. Animalia and Fungi, together with some protozoa like amoebas, would be on one branch, and Chromista, Plantae and lots of protozoan groups would be on the other. As these two major branches are further branching into some of the groups you mention on each of them, there can be no single objectively correct linear order of those groups.

So in summary, there is no evolutionary correct order of the different twigs on the tree of life. By convention, one could be determined by agreement between systematists, but that wouldn't make it evolutionary correct, so alphabetical order might be as good as any for the groups you are asking about.
