For Na+ concentration in halophytes, it is maintained between 100 and 250 mM in the cytosol and the chloroplast, in normal conditions.

For Na+ concentration in glycophytes, the channels involved in elimination of Na+ are fully activated when Na+ concentration is above 10 mM in the cytosol. We can assume that, in normal conditions, Na+ concentration is about 2-5 mM in glycophytes cells.
