I have a feeling that many people don't know the answer of this question.

So far I learnt, that the onset potential on the LSV is defined, so to say, as a potential at which the photo-induced current is generated and measured. (Physics behind is that the onset potential is the shift from the flat-band potential right?)

However, in some papers people take the value at which the photocurrent changes the sign. Some others take the potential value at which the photocurrent is equal 20 um/cm2.

Can someone tell how the onset potential should be defined from the LSV curves?

Thanks
