I have used magnesium sulphate in some few tetanus case and i have recorded not mortalities and reduced spasm rate , can any one provide many publication for the use of magnesium sulphate .
Tetanus (Tetanus) or tetanus (Tetanus) is an acute disease resulting from infection of bacteria with spores. Spores carry bacteria that begin to grow topically in the wound itself, produce a strong toxin absorbed by the body and lead to painful contractions in the muscles and contraction of palate muscles and tense cramps. This disease comes in the form of a plague. It is not transmitted directly from person to person. The disease kills 35-70% of those who develop it. Tetanus live in the intestines of animals and humans. An infected person does not require isolation from others, nor does he have any quarantine. Kindergartens range from four days to three weeks (the rate is ten days), and most cases occur before the 14th day. One does not gain permanent immunity after recovering from the disease and can be infected again. People must be immunized after recovery from the disease. Since this disease occurs at all ages, it is necessary to maintain sufficient immunity against it and to spread tetanus vaccination for all ages. This vaccine ensures 100% disease prevention, and its use also eliminates the use of immunodeficiency vaccine and thus avoids the sensitivity following the use of such vaccines.
Tetanus vaccines are used as antigens (antibody secretion). The tetanus vaccine is given in three doses with one to two months in between, and a dose of stimulant is given every eight to ten years. If a person is injured, measures should be taken to prevent tetanus. If the person is immunized as needed, all that is needed is a new warning dose within 24 hours of infection. This procedure renews antibody formation within six days and the person remains without the need to use tetanus vaccine. If the 24-hour dose is delayed or the infection is too much, in both cases a dose of vaccine should be administered in addition to the dose required from the vaccine.
Tetanus affects newly born children in the early days of life as a result of contamination of the umbilicus when cutting the umbilical cord due to the use of non-disinfectant tools or unclean hands of the doctor, midwife or nurse. This infection is very serious for the child for these reasons. Prevention of tetanus includes health education directed to the general public, to midwives and nurses with a focus on the effectiveness of immunization and methods of use of toxide and fortified vaccine. Prevention also includes immunization of pregnant women and giving them a warning dose if they are immune.
The person treated with tetanus is given large doses of immunized vaccine and antibiotics and after recovery he is re-immunized using tetanus.
The treatment of the wound must be cleaned, and the tissue with the metronidazole should be removed, and the metronidazole, which reduces the number of bacteria but does not affect the toxins of the bacteria, has been used in the past to treat tetanus. Of increased convulsions but recommended to be used in the absence of metronidazole. All tetanus people should be vaccinated against this disease or given stimulant doses. .
