What is the cheaper and easiest method for carbon nano tube synthesis in the laboratory?

I need to synthesis Nano tube at my laboratory. Hence I need information on chemicals and procedure for cheaper and easiest way of achieving this.

What diameter range of nanotubes do you want? Multiwall or single wall ones ? We are just sending a paper to JACS about preparation of multiwall carbon nanotubes in a simple way. If the accept the paper I can send you the method.
