There are several reports about natural plants with large part of Ri plasmid from A. rhizogenes, like those:

Is there any chance that such DNA will be transformed from plant back to bacteria and will be functional?
look for a marker that allows for selection --in agro it would be octopine catabolism
If there is a reverse transport of a recombinant gene from a plant, wherein the gene worked into a bacterium, which is unlikely by itself, the more likely it will work even less bacteria. All depends on the promoter, which gene charged. I think so.
